Focus on operational efficiency and fleet reliability **Position: PCM Engineer** **Salary:** To be discussed **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate company equipment maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and fleet reliability. * Develop, monitor, and manage maintenance indicators * Measure and control the service life of rolling stock * Identify potential failures in products and services that may compromise equipment operational efficiency, collaborating with suppliers to seek solutions. * Maintain and update the equipment and maintenance database. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; * Experience in fleet and equipment maintenance * Experience with maintenance software and systems (SAP/Protheus) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance and/or Projects * Knowledge of BI tools Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please share your updated resume.
