Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical machines and equipment, diagnosing failures, and collaborating with the team to implement improvements. Collaboration in implementing improvements to maintenance processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical machines and equipment. * Conduct diagnosis of mechanical failures and problems. * Interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics. * Assemble and disassemble mechanical components. * Use manual and electric tools to perform tasks. * Collaborate with the team to implement improvements to maintenance processes. * Record and document performed activities and equipment conditions. * Follow established safety standards and operational procedures. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to update technical knowledge. **Requirements:** Relevant experience in the role is desirable. Experience in alignment and balancing is desirable. Experience in inspection, repair, and basic maintenance.
