**About the position:** We are looking for a mechanic with experience in trucks to join our team in Betim, MG. This professional will be responsible for truck maintenance, including diagnosis and repairs of vehicle systems. Responsibilities include identifying faults, performing repairs, ensuring full functionality of systems, and complying with quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position. **Qualifications** * **Diagnosis and repair of mechanical systems:** Ability to diagnose and repair faults in vehicle systems. * **Knowledge of diagnostic measurement instruments:** * Proficiency in diagnosing faults in diesel electronic injection systems, sensors, and actuators; knowledge of engines, after-treatment systems (EGR, SCR), manual and automated transmissions, differential assemblies, braking systems, suspension systems, and reading/interpreting parameters to assist in fault configuration; * **Use of measurement and diagnostic tools:** Proficiency in using specialized equipment, metrology instruments, pressure gauges, scanners for reading fault codes and monitoring parameters, and interpreting collected data; * **Reading and interpreting manuals and diagrams:** Ability to interpret repair manuals and pneumatic diagrams to assist in locating and resolving issues. * **Maintenance:** Knowledge to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring full vehicle functionality and safety. * Technical courses or formal education in automotive mechanics will be considered a plus.
