**Responsibilities:** Drive vehicles to transport documents, supplies, and materials in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations, meeting the Company’s requirements. Handle entrusted documents and materials appropriately to facilitate requested payments and services. Conduct a daily general inspection of the vehicle, checking tools, tires, oil level, coolant, fuel, overall condition, cleanliness, and potential damage to prevent issues and maintain the vehicle in proper working order. Resolve minor mechanical problems and notify immediate supervisors when more extensive intervention is required, ensuring the vehicle remains in good operational condition. Record vehicle movement data, expenses incurred, and fuel consumption on designated forms to keep internal records up to date. Complete all forms required by the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s processes.
