This will be your day-to-day as a Network Maintenance Assistant: * Assist technicians in installing and maintaining optical and/or radio networks; * Assist technicians in installing and repairing electrical circuits, following the instructions listed in Work Orders; * Assist in identifying and resolving connectivity issues, such as signal failures, service interruptions, antenna misalignment, or damaged cables; * Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for all service requests, complying with established priorities and deadlines; * Read and identify network components using logical and electrical diagrams that constitute a telecommunications system; * Perform low-complexity tests and interventions using optical measurement equipment, such as optical power meters, optical time-domain reflectometers (OTDRs), and fusion splicers; * Demonstrate commitment to scheduled working hours and foster a harmonious work environment, respecting company conduct policies; * Prioritize personal safety by strictly adhering to all safety regulations established by the occupational health and safety team to protect your physical integrity. 2511270202401159198
