Resolve issues related to quality, safety, and delivery ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Lead operational teams; * Keep the hospital laundry workstation clean and organized at all times; * Ensure product quality; * Assist in resolving issues related to quality, safety, and delivery; * Motivate the team to achieve production targets; * Seek to reduce absenteeism and turnover; * Ensure accurate tracking of working hours in the department and proper time clocking by employees; * Perform administrative tasks; * Supervise and train the team on daily routines within the laundry and hospital departments.
