Benefits management and employee support **Responsibilities:** ---------------- * Support onboarding, integration, internal transfers, and offboarding processes. * Assist in Recruitment \& Selection (job posting, screening, scheduling, interviews, and feedback). * Support payroll-related data entry and verification, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and documentation. * Monitor vacations, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and working hour control. * Assist in benefits administration (enrollment, removal, inquiries, invoice verification). * Support training programs, performance evaluations, and organizational climate initiatives. * Provide employee support, clarifying HR/Personnel Department-related questions. * Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental records, files, and documents. * Support preparation of HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, etc.).
