




Job Summary: A professional supporting the manager in the commercial area, responsible for managing information, contracts, negotiations, and tracking departmental requests and documentation. Tracking of requests and documentation **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospital commercial operations or health insurance operator roles. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the manager with departmental commercial tasks, especially managing information related to contracts, fee schedules, codes, negotiations, and adjustments. Prepare spreadsheets, comparison reports, and negotiation histories. Respond to requests from various institutional departments and health insurance operators, tracking requests, extensions, and registration of procedure codes. Verify contracts, amendments, values, codes, and schedule descriptions in the system, and submit configuration requests according to new negotiation guidelines.
