Description:
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Enrollment in a related program, starting from the 2nd semester.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Enhance competencies in administrative routines within the hospital environment by performing practical activities involving direct public service, aligned with the procedures and standards of the Instituto Mário Penna; apply theoretical knowledge acquired during studies, especially in healthcare service management, life and career, and socioeconomic development;
* Develop communication and interpersonal relationship skills, promoting humanized and efficient service to patients and companions while respecting institutional policies and regulations;
* Understand and execute hospital administrative processes, such as medical record organization, appointment scheduling, document control, logistical support, and other related tasks; participate in hospital cost management and control activities, observing and applying principles of administration and resource utilization efficiency;
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in fulfilling administrative routines, contributing to the smoothness and quality of services provided by the hospital unit;
* Adapt\-to new tasks and levels of complexity outlined in the Activity Plan, promoting continuous development of technical and professional competencies;
* Comply with institutional norms and regulations, participating in evaluations and submitting periodic reports documenting progress of performed activities;
* Develop organizational and planning capabilities, adjusting task execution according to the academic calendar and institutional demands; strengthen professional ethics and social responsibility, acting with commitment and respect for the regulations of the host institution and the educational institution.
