WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE: * RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT: Ensure product preparation and sales quality, and guarantee preventive maintenance of facilities; * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Manage and motivate the team, promoting the best possible customer experience with emphasis on hygiene and food safety; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor restaurant performance, including procurement, cash handling, and efficient labor utilization, per company procedures; * FOOD SAFETY: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations; * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Supervise goods receipt and inventory control, respecting budget constraints and prioritizing efficiency; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies; * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Promote training and upskilling to maintain a team prepared to deliver excellent service. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Must be at least 18 years old.
