**Position Summary:** We are looking for a qualified and proactive Laptop Maintenance Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops, with a special focus on advanced electronic repairs (board level) and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Diagnosis and Repair:** Perform fault diagnosis on equipment (laptops, desktops, Macbooks, iMacs) and propose solutions. * **Electronic Maintenance (Board Level):** Carry out advanced repairs on motherboards and video cards, including identification and replacement of components (SMD, Bios) and reading electronic schematics. * **Hardware Maintenance:** Replace parts, components, and perform repairs on laptop casings. * **Software and Systems:** Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and software. * **Processes and Reports:** Prepare detailed technical reports, specifying detected issues and implemented solutions. * **Customer Service:** Provide technical support and customer service, ensuring excellent service delivery. * **Ticket Management:** Record the opening, progress, and closure of service tickets in the company's management tool. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** * High school diploma. * Completed technical course in Electronics, Computer Science, Networking or related IT fields. * Proven experience in laptop maintenance. * Advanced knowledge of electronics applied to motherboard repair. * Solid ability in reading and interpreting electronic schematics. * Experience in soldering and desoldering components (SMD, BGA). * Good communication skills, punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Desirable (Will be valued):** * Specific experience in repairing Macbooks, iMacs, and Video Cards. * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in IT-related fields. **Job Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00. * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Remuneration:** Negotiable * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, etc. How to apply: Interested candidates should send their resume to the email: **savassinotebooks@gmail.com** with the subject line **'Vaga Técnico de Notebooks'."
