We seek a professional experienced in managing medium- and high-complexity service projects, responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling, cost and profitability management, delivery quality control, resource management, and tracking team work efficiency—meeting established methodology delivery standards. A results-oriented mindset is required, combining systemic, strategic, and market vision with an owner’s mindset. Manage and develop resources through planning, monitor and track team work efficiency, and negotiate assertively and clearly while managing potential conflicts. This opportunity is for our Belo Horizonte (MG) branch, focusing on HCM projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Project Planning and Initiation; * Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying objectives, scope, schedules, and required resources; * Supervise daily project execution, ensuring goals are met; \- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate requirement changes; * Lead within the project and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment; * Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project status updates; * Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities; * Archive relevant documentation and ensure a smooth transition to regular operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or other IT-related fields; * Experience in software implementation project management; * Experience with PMBOK methodology; * Knowledge of project management software tools; * Willingness to travel.
