Execute technological innovation and automation projects. Ensure security, availability, performance, and integrity of the entire infrastructure. Lead Business Intelligence (BI), data management, and integration projects with internal and external systems. Plan and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and analyze non-conformities, focusing on continuous improvement. Meet critical departmental KPIs and govern all deliverables. Align the IT department’s strategy with business objectives. Manage risks, compliance, data, and the project portfolio. Participate in strategic decision-making and support digital transformation. Manage infrastructure, security, performance, and system availability. Implement technological improvements, automations, and integrated systems. Develop projects aligned with departmental goals and KPIs. Develop, guide, and supervise multidisciplinary teams. Apply feedback and promote high performance. Monitor operations on-site when necessary. Ensure efficient support for internal users.
