**Key Responsibilities and Main Activities:** * Manage all ongoing IT services, including: Field Service, Internal IT (Infrastructure and Systems), Monitoring (SNOC), IT Process and Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk, IT Consulting, and other technology contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and established operational targets. * Plan and manage the IT budget, strategic and operational goals, ensuring efficient use of resources and continuous evolution of the company's technological environment. * Manage and develop the IT team, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment focused on delivery quality, innovation, and continuous process improvement. * Collaborate with the sales team, supporting new client prospecting, identification of new technologies and business opportunities, as well as the development of technical proposals and commercial documents. * Manage and monitor projects and contracts with clients, ensuring deadlines, technical quality, and contractual compliance. * Lead the creation and restructuring of IT processes, optimizing workflows, integrating departments, and implementing best governance practices (such as ITIL and COBIT). * Maintain technical and strategic relationships with technology suppliers and partners, especially those providing Cisco solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform evolution. * Act in a consultative role with clients and stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Data Processing Technology, Networking, or related fields.
