In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating people, driving results, and ensuring every delivery aligns with Senior’s vision and strategic plan. Your challenge will be to balance team management, client development, and market performance—ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in the experience of both employees and clients. Beyond managing resources and ensuring smooth unit operations, you will serve as a vital link between the team, clients, and corporate strategy—strengthening Senior’s presence across the regions under your leadership.
