With 13 stores in strategic markets, it serves the national aftermarket for replacement parts and services for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Cummins; it is also the authorized distributor of British technology JCB machinery in Paraná and Santa Catarina. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing, inventory control, and parts handling operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing internal logistics processes, and guiding the warehouse team. Responsibilities: * Handle parts receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse organization * Supervise and guide the activities of the warehouse team * Manage material receipts, issues, and movements in the system * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness in accordance with safety regulations and best practices * Train and guide the team on procedures and standards Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields preferred) * Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or warehouse supervisor Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with the role Comprehensive benefits package including: meal allowance; health insurance; dental insurance.
