Monitoring of KPIs and proposing improvements **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure organization and efficiency; * Lead the team by guiding and assigning tasks; * Manage inbound and outbound goods; * Conduct inventory audits, verifications, and ensure stock accuracy; * Ensure proper storage and preservation of products; * Monitor departmental KPIs and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role; * Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and stocktaking; * Leadership and decision-making skills; * Completed high school education; * Flexible working hours.
