Analyze training needs, develop instructional materials, coordinate logistics for training events, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. Additionally, support onboarding of new employees and contribute to aligning development initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives, promoting a constant learning environment. Position based in Pedro Leopoldo / MG. Previous experience as a Training Analyst, Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or Development Instructor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this role. Bachelor's degree required.
