




Job Summary: Work as an OPME Analyst in the procurement department, responsible for managing the complete materials workflow, ensuring traceability, regulatory compliance, and billing support. Focus on compliance and denial prevention We have an opportunity to work as an OPME Analyst, with working hours from 08:00 to 18:00 in the procurement department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, verify, and organize OPME requests originating from clinical departments. * Monitor the full OPME workflow—from request through consumption, return, or billing. * Manage deadlines related to delivery, usage, and return of consigned materials. * Verify OPME upon receipt, checking quantity, integrity, expiration date, batch number, and serial number. * Ensure traceability of used OPME, in accordance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards. * Record OPME entries, exits, returns, and adjustments in the information system. * Maintain up-to-date control of consigned OPME and proprietary inventory. * Request quotations, monitor deliveries, and perform material verification with suppliers. * Communicate with suppliers to resolve pending issues, exchanges, returns, or non-conformities. * Ensure timely return of unused materials per established deadlines. * Verify and organize mandatory OPME documentation, including invoices, consignment agreements, and ANVISA registration. * Ensure that used OPME are correctly recorded for billing purposes. * Verify compatibility between used materials, authorizations, and supporting documentation. * Support prevention of OPME-related claim denials. * Interface with billing, auditing, and medical accounts departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in OPME management **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site meal program * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Partnerships with educational institutions * SESC and TAUÁ membership programs * Wellhub (Gympass) **Our DNA is a blend of innovation, passion, and commitment.** This essence goes beyond our projects \- it lives within each one of us.
