Job Summary: Provide support and assistance in logistics control activities, ensuring document organization and archiving, as well as management of travel records and traffic fines. Manage travel records and driver identification **Provide support and assistance to logistics department control activities** **Responsibilities and Duties** Check daily logbooks; Archive used tachograph discs from trips; Record odometer readings to monitor distances traveled; Receive and archive trip adjustments submitted by drivers; Identify drivers responsible for received traffic fines; Forward fines pertaining to other units; Record manure withdrawal control data; Ensure/archiving of appropriate documentation for the process (vehicle documents); Request release of invoices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Higher education (in progress or completed) is desirable.
