A company specializing in **event structures**, located in Ribeirão das Neves/MG, is hiring.
**01 Position for Assembly Leader \#500**
Based in Ribeirão das Neves/MG and other cities as required by events.
**Salary:** Between R$ 3,000.00 and R$ 4,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday.
**Working Hours:** 08:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel are required. (Large-scale projects typically last 20–30 days on-site.) Locations include MG, SP, RJ, and others depending on events.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Lead assembly teams, assigning and supervising field activities in accordance with project plans and schedules.
* Request materials from Planning in cases of unforeseen events or urgent demands.
* Perform equipment receipt and return checklists for assembly equipment.
* Serve as the single point of contact between client, team, and company during assembly and, when necessary, during the event itself.
* Submit daily progress reports to Planning against the assembly schedule.
* Operate vehicles to support logistics during the assembly process.
* Monitor performance and track attendance for both internal and third-party teams.
* Guide and support new employees during onboarding.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Maintain order, proper care of assembly equipment, and safeguard company assets.
* Perform related duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
