Create materials for training on correct system usage and organize marketing campaigns via WhatsApp. Create materials, procedural manuals, and video tutorials on sales and routine tasks. Design artwork for promotional campaigns and informational materials. Track, organize, and follow up on sales performance indicators. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. Collaborate with the manager on team-related responsibilities.
