Job Summary: The Security Manager supports the team by performing interface tasks with the technical team and maintaining all relationships with vendors, facilitating workflow and organization within Altasnet's security department. The Security Manager supports the team by performing interface tasks with the technical team and maintaining all relationships with vendors, facilitating workflow and organization within Altasnet's security department. **Responsibilities:** * Manage cybersecurity services, ensuring delivery quality and achievement of departmental objectives. * Lead SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, ensuring monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents. * Serve as CISO, defining information security policies, strategies, and best practices. * Manage OT Security, promoting protection of operational technology environments. * Monitor performance indicators, risks, and opportunities for service improvement. * Support Commercial, Marketing, Pre\-sales, and Customer Intelligence teams on technical and strategic requests. * Collaborate with managers and other company leaders to ensure integration of cybersecurity initiatives with organizational objectives. * Manage the team, promoting technical development and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in security areas; vendor relationship experience. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of CISO, Cybersecurity, SOC. * Interpersonal and team management skills.
