We seek an organized, attentive, and courteous individual who enjoys interacting with the public and is proficient in operational and organizational tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving parents, students, guardians, and visitors; * Telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Organizing documents and registration forms; * Entering data into the internal system; * Supporting coordination in administrative routines; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Commitment to scheduled hours and punctuality; * Discretion and confidentiality regarding internal company matters; * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, web browsing). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or reception; * Interest or ability to record simple daily unit content (for social media); * Basic knowledge of marketing or social media will be considered a plus. **Work Type:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM.
