Supporting the CEO and executives in decision-making **Position: Financial Governance / Budget Control Specialist** We seek a professional with a **technical, firm, and strategic profile** to ensure financial discipline, budgetary control, and cash flow predictability, acting preventively and in real time. This role aims to **protect the company's cash position**, reduce budget variances, and support the CEO and executives in decision-making—without financial micromanagement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and monitor annual and monthly budgets by cost center. * Track budgeted vs. committed vs. actual expenditures. * Validate and approve expenses within the approved budget. * Analyze, block, or escalate budgetary exceptions with a focus on cash impact. * Implement and maintain financial governance and expense control processes. * Prepare executive reports highlighting variances, risks, and financial impacts. * Collaborate cross-functionally across all departments. **Important:** This is **not an operational role**. It does not execute payments, procure goods/services, or negotiate with suppliers.
