We seek a professional with strong leadership skills, a focus on results, and experience managing sales teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team; * Monitor individual and collective targets, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives; * Track performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, revenue, and average transaction value; * Conduct alignment meetings, provide feedback, and deliver training sessions for the team; * Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve results; * Monitor negotiations and support the team in closing sales; * Ensure compliance with commercial processes and service standards; * Collaborate with management on planning marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives; * Prepare performance reports and present results. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Team Leader; * Experience in sales, preferably within tourism or services sectors; * Skills in people management and team leadership; * Strong goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive skills; * Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation; * Proficiency with systems, CRM, and sales tracking tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a travel agency; * Familiarity with domestic tourism packages; * Experience working under aggressive targets and commission-based structures; * Strategic and analytical mindset. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ performance-based commission; * Bonuses for achieving targets; * Transportation allowance / Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Travel discounts; * Opportunity for professional growth; * Dynamic, results-driven work environment.
