Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Bourbon Hotel, located in Belo Horizonte. This professional will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and controlling hotel front office services, establishing routines, training staff, supporting strategic management of the commercial area, coordinating the sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets. The role involves planning, executing, and analyzing commercial activities, strengthening relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and strategic partners. The position works closely with marketing, reservations, and revenue management (RM) to support the hotel’s market positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor daily operations and performance of the sales team; ensure achievement of individual and collective targets; train, guide, and develop the team in sales techniques and service standards;
* Support development of regional or unit-level commercial plans; organize commercial schedules, promotional activities, and roadshows; structure internal and external prospecting campaigns;
* Manage strategic and high-potential accounts; follow up on post-sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction; represent the hotel at events, trade fairs, and business meetings;
* Monitor sales and performance indicators (pipeline, conversion rate, revenue by segment, ADR, RevPAR, etc.); prepare monitoring reports and present results to the Commercial Manager; identify trends and commercial opportunities by segment;
* Assist sales executives in complex negotiations; review commercial proposals and contracts; ensure compliance with company commercial policies, margins, and established terms;
* Ensure all segments follow standardized commercial processes; implement best practices in CRM, pipeline management, and customer service;
* Delegate tasks and monitor team performance; provide continuous feedback and guidance; communicate and align the team with company strategy, values, and organizational culture; monitor, identify, and propose initiatives to improve organizational climate within the area;
* Identify and propose initiatives that enhance internal/external brand value; ensure compliance with internal regulations, codes of conduct, applicable legislation, and ethical principles in customer interactions;
* Comply with and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations; maintain workplace safety, proper use of materials and equipment, and confidentiality of information; perform other activities of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree completed: Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience: 3–4 years;
Prior formal team leadership experience;
Consultative sales techniques;
Commercial management or CRM experience;
Certifications in Excel, Power BI, or other commercial analytics tools;
Proficiency in key commercial metrics and hospitality industry indicators;
Knowledge of the B2B market, travel agencies, tour operators, and events;
Collaborative leadership and ability to engage teams;
Emotional intelligence and resilience;
Organizational skills and process discipline.
