Supervise and guide the produce department team * Assist in inventory control by checking available product quantities, requesting restocks, and participating in merchandise receiving. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and attractive product display on shelves and counters, following the established layout. * Supervise and guide the produce department staff, ensuring their tasks are performed effectively. * Assist in restocking merchandise. * Clarify inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Achieve sales targets, reduce losses (shrinkage), and ensure customer satisfaction, guaranteeing product quality, freshness, and hygiene. * Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily operations of the produce department, including knowledge of counter setup and food handling.
