If you have energy, autonomy, and want to build something that redefines the real estate experience in Brazil, this is where you belong. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- We seek a hunter-style B2B Commercial Manager to open doors at Brazil’s largest real estate developers. You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts with developers, using Patrimar (our investor partner) as a reference case. The sales cycle is consultative and medium-term — you must understand the pain points of the CFO, the Post-Sales Director, and the Legal team to build a business case that makes sense for each stakeholder. * ABM Prospecting: Map the Top 50 developers in MG, RJ, and SP; identify decision-makers (CFO, Post-Sales, Legal); and initiate relationships. * End-to-end sales cycle: Lead from qualification (BANT) to closing, including discovery, customized business case, and commercial proposal. Experience in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles (60–90 days) is expected. * Pilot Project (“Trojan Horse”): Negotiate pilot implementations in specific developments as an entry point — low risk for the developer, high visibility of results. * Commercial onboarding: Execute structured handoff to Operations and Customer Success after closing. The ability to seamlessly engage with both technical and executive stakeholders (CFO, Legal, Post-Sales) is essential. * Pipeline and CRM: Maintain an updated pipeline with high-quality data, adhering to defined stages.
