Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in accounting and strategic vision to manage financial statements and tax compliance, optimizing tax efficiency and supporting decision-making. Cost Analysis for EBITDA optimization We are looking for a professional with solid accounting experience and strategic vision to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial statements and compliance with ancillary obligations, with a focus on tax efficiency and decision-making support. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Full Accounting Management:** Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement). * **Sector-Specific Accounting:** Specialize in the healthcare sector (Home Care), including management of claim denials, physician reimbursements, and health insurance billing. * **Tax Compliance:** Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRPJ, and CSLL), ensuring correct withholding at source from service providers. * **Ancillary Obligations:** Submission of declarations such as SPED Contábil (ECD), SPED Fiscal (ECF), DCTF, REINF, and compliance with ANS requirements. * **Cost Analysis:** Monitor operational cost indicators (supplies, multidisciplinary team, and logistics) for EBITDA optimization. * **Strategic Interface:** Prepare managerial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the financial health of operations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences with an **active CRC**. * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in healthcare companies, hospitals, or Home Care organizations. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Brazilian accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). * Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., Totvs, RM, MV, or similar). * Advanced Office suite (Excel for complex analyses). * **Behavioral Profile:** Proactivity, analytical rigor, leadership ability, and excellent interpersonal communication.
