Job Summary: The Commercial Operator I will be responsible for external customer service, establishing new partnerships, promoting motorcycle financing business, and providing support to sales staff and store managers at dealerships and retail stores. Support and training for sales staff and store managers The Commercial Operator I will be responsible for the following activities in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas: * Conduct external customer service in the pre\-defined region. * Establish new partnerships with motorcycle dealerships and retail stores. * Promote business (motorcycle financing). * Provide support to sales staff and store managers, including conducting training sessions and developing sales initiatives. **Requirements:** * Experience in vehicle financing (motorcycles, cars, trucks) or payroll-deducted loans. * Experience in customer service, as well as working with sales staff, managers, and F\&I departments. * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields. * Driver's license Category B * Willingness to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Personal vehicle available for use during the probationary period **Additional Information:** * Daycare allowance * Meal/food allowance * Life insurance * Medical assistance * Company vehicle after probationary period * Fuel allowance * Relocation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3\.600,00 \- R$5\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Daycare allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection question(s): * Do you hold a valid and active Category B driver's license? * DO YOU HAVE A PERSONAL VEHICLE AVAILABLE FOR USE AT WORK DURING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD?
