Job Summary: Manage the store's full operation, coordinate teams, and ensure product quality, including responsibility for the restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and leadership 2. Quality and inventory supervision ***BH Outlet*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire store operation * Place merchandise orders and conduct product audits * Coordinate and develop the team * Be responsible for the restaurant during shifts * Plan, correct, and monitor team activities * Manage employee time-off and scheduling * Manage inventory * Supervise food expiration dates and quality * Support general store activities * Perform other routine duties relevant to the position **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with availability as required by store needs **Schedule:** Weekdays and weekends, with one day off per week \+ one Sunday off per month. **Requirements:** Applicants must be over 18 years old. Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
