We are looking for a **PMO / Project Manager** to join the Maxtrack team! If you are an organized, strategic, dynamic professional who enjoys working directly with leadership and project management, this opportunity may be for you! **Hybrid model (3 days onsite) – Nova Lima/MG** **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a professional to directly support the company's CEO in leading strategic projects, tracking corporate demands, and organizing priorities across different business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring greater fluidity, tracking, and execution of the company's initiatives, supporting decision-making and contributing to the company's operational and strategic efficiency. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage and track the company's strategic projects; * Directly support the CEO on corporate and operational demands; * Organize schedules, priorities, action plans, and follow-ups; * Lead alignment meetings and track departmental deliverables; * Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and project progress; * Structure processes and propose continuous improvements; * Act as a facilitator between different company departments; * Ensure organization, communication, and execution of strategic initiatives. **Desired qualifications:** * Experience in project management, PMO, or related areas; * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of priority; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously; * Proactivity, autonomy, and strategic vision; * Knowledge of project management tools is a plus. **What we seek:** A professional with an owner's mindset, sense of urgency, discretion, professional maturity, and ability to turn ideas into execution.
