




Kitchen Leader We are seeking a Kitchen Leader to work at Bar Dolito, ensuring excellence in production, organization, and team management. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual capable of leading the team with a focus on quality, productivity, and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate the kitchen team, ensuring tasks are carried out in an organized, productive manner and in accordance with brand standards; * Plan production and ensure recipe standardization; * Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of supplies, minimizing waste and losses; * Oversee product quality from ingredient receipt through to final preparation and delivery; * Supervise hygiene and food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and good handling practices; * Train, supervise, and motivate the team, fostering a healthy, collaborative, and productive work environment; * Contribute to store profitability by controlling costs and waste, and maximizing ingredient utilization; * Monitor equipment and infrastructure, requesting maintenance and improvements as needed; * Act cooperatively and responsibly, consistently striving to elevate quality standards and store performance. Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen leader, sous chef, or responsible cook (preferably in bakeries, cafés, or restaurants); * Knowledge of food handling best practices and health regulations; * Skills in team management, leadership, and conflict resolution; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to work under pressure; * Basic understanding of cost control, inventory management, and production planning; * Formal education in Gastronomy, Pastry Arts, or related fields is desirable. Work Schedule: Rotating 6x1 schedule — Tuesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM Days off: Mondays + one Sunday per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Performance- and attendance-based bonus Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
