Supporting and supervising third-party service providers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 14:36; Saturday: 06:00 to 12:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Description:** Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on company facilities and equipment to ensure proper functionality and operation. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company facilities and equipment, including refrigerators, incubators, climate chambers, air conditioning units, HVAC systems, air handling units, and water chillers, among others. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify wear, failures, or malfunctioning. Prevent failures and minimize unplanned downtime, ensuring machinery remains fully operational. Respond to corrective maintenance requests. Support and supervise the assistant in maintenance department activities. Supervise and oversee third-party maintenance service providers, ensuring service quality. Participate in “task forces” for urgent activities and collaborate to meet scheduled deadlines. Identify non-conforming products or situations and report potential deviations to immediate leadership to avoid impact on the Quality Management System (QMS). Participate in internal or external training and capacity-building programs, fully or partially subsidized by the company, to support personal development. Participate in and respond to internal, external, and customer audits by providing relevant documents and information related to audited processes. Perform other related tasks as assigned by leadership. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Completed technical education — Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Automation, or related fields. Knowledge of building maintenance.
