





**Description:** Maintenance Coordinator - Concordia Unit **Salary:** BRL Negotiable + benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00 / Friday 07:00 to 16:00 **Required:** Completed Bachelor's degree in administrative fields / Experience in administrative management practices and clinical governance management. Knowledge and experience with Quality management tools. **Desirable (Plus for the candidate, does not prevent hiring):** People management / Knowledge in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Coordinate, monitor, and delegate tasks to the Maintenance and SAME departments, as well as train and instruct them on best practices within the institution, guided by quality tools; present production, budget, and cost indicators for each department; meet demands from management when requested; execute shared management policies. Perform management and monitoring of governance for the departments under responsibility through Training Management, Cost and Budget Management, Personnel Management, Results Management, Team Development Management, Departmental Risk Management, and Quality Performance Management. Monitor and coordinate processes and teams in assigned departments; monitor and delegate tasks to supervisors, foremen, and other team members; request material purchases when necessary; validate material and service requests related to changes in physical areas and processes that may impact the institution's infrastructure; ensure proper storage of hospital documents and monitor service order fulfillment according to demand; ensure preservation of facilities, equipment, furniture, machines, and administrative instruments in related management departments; request repairs for facilities, equipment, and supplies whenever necessary; monitor timekeeping records completed by supervisors and foremen; process attendance records for foremen and supervisors, and in their absence, process attendance for the rest of the team; guide the team on institutional operating rules, keeping them informed of changes or decisions as needed; ensure compliance with agreements outlined in departmental process maps; create and validate departmental documents whenever necessary; evaluate, respond to, and follow up on incidents reported by departments; prepare annual vacation schedules based on information provided by the Human Resources Department; participate in committees discussing problems and negative indicators to identify alternatives and solutions for issues raised during committee meetings; participate in interviews and select new employees together with the HR department; prepare the annual budget plan and monitor monthly results; provide training for supervisors, foremen, and the entire team whenever necessary; handle operational demands whenever possible and necessary; produce, analyze, and share departmental indicators; participate in the development of departmental costs and monitor monthly results; inform departments about positive achievements and outcomes, assessing whether proposed adjustments and resolution of pending issues discussed in previous meetings have been implemented, aiming at improving institutional management; participate in quality training and training from other departments whenever possible; actively participate in meetings aimed at process improvements; develop and monitor departmental indicators; forward copies of course certificates obtained in the field with evidence of acquired knowledge to HR; report adverse events/NCRs when necessary to improve processes; attend to management requests whenever required; conduct periodic meetings with supervisors and foremen to stay informed on administrative matters, discuss issues, propose solutions, plan actions, communicate work regulations, and disseminate general administrative information; hold weekly meetings with management; investigate and judge professional misconduct, ethical breaches, and non-compliance, requesting disciplinary actions through the Human Resources Department; conduct performance evaluations, transfers, and terminations with support from supervisors and foremen; accompany auditors and VISA inspectors in department visits; comply with legislation, safety regulations, environmental controls, and other internal standards relevant to job activities; analyze and assess the quality of services required by departments; encourage, promote, and support team participation in institutional training programs; submit weekly non-conformance reports and identified risks in departments to management; monitor and manage existing contracts in departments, promote improvements, and reduce costs; perform administrative on-call duties; perform other similar tasks as determined by management; 2511030202241784324
