Manage HR subsystems, recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, organizational climate, health and safety, internal communication, and personnel department. Ensure compliance with legal labor and social security obligations, supervising payroll and related processes. Support and guide leaders on people management topics, labor relations, and labor legislation. Conduct union negotiations and represent the company in collective agreements and legal labor matters when necessary. Implement and monitor strategic HR indicators, promoting continuous improvements (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.). Manage the HR, safety, and health budget and propose cost and resource optimization initiatives. Foster an organizational culture based on values, ethics, transparency, diversity, and inclusion.
