





**Payroll Department Coordinator** **Main Responsibilities:** **Team support: Provide operational support to department staff, ensuring smooth execution of routine processes.** **Process review and validation: Responsible for reviewing and validating processes prior to payment submission, such as:** **Transportation allowance** **Contract terminations** **Payroll processing** **Vacations** **Other benefits and obligations** **Payroll system configuration: Ensure parameters are correctly set to prevent calculation errors and incorrect taxation.** **Manager support: Provide telephone and portal support to store supervisors and managers, answering questions and guiding them through processes.** **Legal charges and obligations: Monitor and validate the closing of labor and social security charges, ensuring compliance with legal obligations related to payroll.** **PERDComp closing (if necessary): Perform the closing and submission of PERDComp when applicable, ensuring proper tax credit compensation.** **Must have knowledge of Dominio system, ECAC, eSocial, Digital FGTS** **Time tracking system, intermediate Excel** Job type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$7\.500,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Education assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance
