PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/corrections, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for positions as follows: **POSITION:** Administrative Assistant I **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by the Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee paid by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee paid by the employee. 2.1. Work shifts and schedules will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform their availability for the established schedule. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by MEC; and/or; b) Course completion declaration, accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES, ADMINISTRATIVE ROUTINES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents presented may be rejected.
