We strive to meet each construction site according to its specific needs, offering the best alternatives to increase productivity and improve our clients’ results. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE** \- Monitoring employees’ progress during absences, medical evaluations, and related matters; \- Verifying whether health documents comply with applicable legal requirements; \- Contacting accredited clinics to validate medical examinations; \- Tracking workplace accidents and incidents; \- Maintaining direct contact with the coordinating physician and updating documentation required to resolve occupational health issues; \- Validating ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) and archived documentation; \- Preparing technical documents and reviewing occupational health programs; \- Managing occupational health documentation; \- Participating in safety campaigns and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), proposing relevant topics and themes; **REQUIREMENTS** \- Occupational Nursing Assistant qualification; \- Relevant work experience; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; \- Prior experience with the RM Labore system is considered a plus; **BENEFITS** \- Meal allowance or food voucher; \- Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; \- Basic food basket; \- Copayment-based Unimed health plan (no monthly fee); \- Life insurance; \- Gympass; **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. \*Fully on-site position at our headquarters located in the Goiânia neighborhood/BH.
