Prior experience with machines producing items of various sizes and gauges is required. Strict adherence to production process steps. Periodic inspection of finished materials. Motivate the team to achieve production targets. Extensive familiarity with measurement equipment—including tape measure, ruler, caliper, and micrometer—is essential.
