A plastic manufacturing company is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant in Gaspar (Belchior Central). **Responsibilities:** Assist the operator in preparing and operating plastic blow molding and injection molding machines. Perform basic adjustments, supply raw materials (pellets), and remove molded parts. Conduct initial visual inspection of product quality, identifying defects such as flash, cracks, or deformations. Immediately report any irregularities observed in the production process to the operator or supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and 5S principles.
