Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively We are looking for a Junior Support Technician to join our team at BRASIF MÁQUINAS in Belo Horizonte — come be part of this incredible team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Customer Service: Provide technical support to customers; Multichannel Support: Be capable of delivering technical support through various channels; Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and notebooks; Document all customer interactions and reported technical incidents via the ticketing tool; Problem Resolution: Be capable of resolving technical issues quickly and effectively. Clear and Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with customers, explaining technical procedures in an accessible and understandable manner; Serve as a technical reference point for decision-making, promoting best practices; Participate in support team meetings; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school (mandatory). Technical course in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Technical Support, or related fields (preferred). Undergraduate studies in IT currently in progress (a plus).
