Job Summary: We are seeking an Injection Molding Operator to work in production, monitoring and quality control of parts, following safety regulations and contributing to continuous improvement. Learn more about our company! \#vemsersolucoaequipamentos https://sesolucao.com.br/produtos/ Job Description * Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and defined parameters * Perform basic machine setup (simple mold change, initial adjustments where applicable) * Supply raw materials and consumables required for production * Monitor the production process, identify deviations, and escalate to supervision when necessary * Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts * Segregate and identify non-conforming products * Complete production and quality control records * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness (5S) * Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE * Support waste reduction and continuous process improvement Education: * Completed high school Technical Knowledge: * Basic understanding of injection molding process * Basic ability to read and interpret work instructions * Basic knowledge of quality control Advantages: * Prior experience operating injection molding machines * Knowledge of mold changing * Training courses in plastics or industrial production * **Work Schedule:** * On-site 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
