What will your challenge be? * Ensure the success of the franchise network by acting as the link between the franchisor (BU) and franchisees within the MG regional network. * Guarantee operational standardization, profitability, and compliance, while providing support so each unit achieves its goals. * Serve as the main point of contact for franchisee inquiries, suggestions, and challenges. * Support onboarding of new operators into the ZAMP system; assist in all internal processes with departments regarding the honorable exit of delinquent operators or those failing to meet brand standards and contractual clauses; work on developing NEXT GEN franchisees. * Monitor the performance of the Subway Business Unit, perform analytical routines on P&L, FC, and portfolio performance, tracking all KPIs including Sales vs. Targets, People, RY, FAF, inventory, etc. * Resolve issues and align expectations between franchisees and franchisor (conflict management). * Monitor unit operational performance, providing necessary support to franchisees (KPI management). * Support marketing initiatives and drive unit growth, collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams. * Identify new markets and prospect qualified franchisees (network expansion). * Ensure franchisees and their teams understand brand standards, supporting the Training Management team (training and support). * Ensure all units follow established processes according to signed SUFAs (support in standardization and quality control). 2511190202461821325
