Position: Technical Drafter – Engeprat Fundiária Location: Barra da Tijuca – RJ Block 01, Room 207 – O2 Corporation Condominium Compensation: Salary: BRL 2,446.03 Transportation voucher Meal voucher (iFood Club) Mandatory Requirements Technical education, including but not limited to: Topography Technician Geospatial Surveying Technician Land Surveying Technician Building Construction Technician Mandatory: Full proficiency in AutoCAD Desirable Qualifications: Solid experience with QGIS Knowledge of Law No. 13,465/2017, especially as applied to REURB-S (Simplified Urban Regularization) About the Cartography Department The professional will work directly within Engeprat’s Cartography Department, performing tasks such as: Preparation, review, and updating of plans, maps, and technical drawings; Production and organization of geospatial data; Processing, editing, and modeling of territorial information; Support in preparing land regularization processes (REURB); Creation of layouts, graphical reports, and technical documents; Integration between field-collected and office-based data; Compliance with applicable technical standards for cartography and georeferencing.
