**About the position** We are looking for a professional to provide patient care at our clinical analysis laboratory, ensuring welcoming service, organization, and efficiency in supporting administrative routines. **Responsibilities** * Receive and welcome patients, providing humane care and ensuring a positive experience from their arrival at the laboratory; * Perform patient registrations and exam scheduling in the system, carefully verifying data and information; * Answer phone calls and clarify questions regarding procedures, schedules, and test results; * Organize documents, records, and medical requests, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow; **Requirements** * Experience in customer service; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Must reside in Lagoa Santa or nearby areas; * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **Information** * Work location: Lagoa Santa; * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, and Transportation Allowance (or fuel allowance); * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM according to schedule.
