Description: * Completed High School Education * Completed Technical Course in Clinical Analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Minimum 6 months of experience in sample collection from high-complexity patients (adult and pediatric), including venous and arterial blood draws, and specialized collections. * Provide empathetic and humanized patient care; * Provide instructions and preparation for biological sample collection; deliver collection supplies to patients when necessary; * Organize materials required for the procedure; * Perform collection of specimens/biological samples and functional tests via venipuncture and other biological sample collection methods; Remain attentive to patients’ conditions or reactions during sample collection, providing basic care as needed or calling a physician for more severe cases; * Retrieve, package, and transport specimens to the technical area using an assigned collection kit to ensure proper sample handling; - Receive, inspect, and accept samples collected by clients; refuse to accept biological samples lacking proper identification (e.g., missing the patient’s full name), stored under inappropriate conditions, and/or missing essential data required for testing (e.g., patient’s weight and height, start and end times of sample collection with defined time intervals, etc.); * Perform hygiene and cleaning of the assigned sample collection kit; * Register new patients and monitor collection orders via the LIS Net system; Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked work environment, cabinets, and sample collection kits; * Complete quality control documentation (e.g., glycemic curve, room temperature monitoring, collection kit temperature monitoring); * Perform hygiene and cleaning of sample collection kits; * Complete traceability request forms for sample collection; * Submit service tickets for information system and infrastructure maintenance; * Comply with occupational safety regulations issued by BioMega and the institution, adhering to biosafety and PGRSS standards; * Report any incidents to the collection coordination and/or supervision team; * Commit to safeguarding institutional data confidentiality and ensuring information privacy; * Perform related duties. 2511280202191890654
