With an extensive portfolio of projects, Diefra provides operational and technological support to public and private companies across Brazil. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, coordinate and supervise geotechnical investigations aimed at soil characterization, such as borehole drilling, field tests and sample collection; * Analyze laboratory and field test data to determine geotechnical parameters of soils; * Prepare technical reports with interpretation of results and recommendations for foundations, slope stability, embankments and other earthworks; * Design technical solutions related to soil behavior and use, such as shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, drainage systems and embankment compaction; * Supervise and monitor infrastructure works with direct soil interface, ensuring compliance with geotechnical designs and applicable standards; * Evaluate the stability of earth masses and propose corrective or preventive measures to avoid instabilities; * Participate in technical meetings with project, construction and safety teams, providing specialized geotechnical support; * Develop and review technical specifications for soil-related services in projects and construction; * Monitor execution and quality of earthmoving, compaction, technological control and other related activities; * Ensure safety, technical quality and adherence to deadlines for all assigned activities; * Stay updated on best practices, technical standards and emerging technologies applicable to soil engineering. * Interpretation of sounding tests and soil characterization (SPT, CPTu, DPL, laboratory tests); * Advanced knowledge of soil mechanics and foundations; * Development and interpretation of geotechnical designs applied to foundations, retaining structures, slopes and embankments; * Proficiency in geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, Plaxis, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GeoSlope or similar; **Requirements:** * Specialization or Master’s degree in Geotechnics; * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred; * Solid knowledge of soil laboratory testing; * Team leadership experience. **So, are you up for it?!** **An amazing team is waiting for you \=)**
