




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Civil Construction (civil engineering, production engineering, architecture, quality management); * Experience leading teams; * Experience with quality management systems in the Civil Construction industry; * Experience conducting audits for ISO 9001 and PBQPH certification; * Experience in residential technical assistance (preferred); * Experience in customer service (preferred); * Experience auditing laboratories according to NBR 17025 (preferred). * Investigation and analysis of quality, construction, and customer inspection indicators; * Budgetary control; * Monitoring and preparation of internal and external audits; * Supporting management in indicator-based performance management; * Delivering training sessions; * Participating in management review meetings; * Monitoring customer satisfaction surveys; * Monitoring supplier performance; * Recording and tracking feedback and opportunities for improvement. 2511270202401371514
